The word for praise is Hallelujah found primarily in the book of Psalms. The Jewish worshipper uses hallelujah in Judaism as part of the Hallel prayers, and likewise in Christian's prayers of praise. Yeshua (Jesus) conducted his final Seder in the "upper room" and the scripture says, "then they sang a song," and this undoubtedly would have been the Hallel.
