Shipping & Local Pick up Policy
When can I expect delivery of my order?
We understand that getting your order to you in a timely manner is important, and we do our best to ensure that happens. Most products are delivered to their destination within 2-10 business days from the ship date, depending on the method of shipping, the carrier you selected, and your location.
Here are a few important things to keep in mind:
- Most items leave our warehouse within 2 business days after you place your order.
- We do not process orders or ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- As soon as your order ships, we will email you shipping details.
- You can contact us anytime to check your order status.
*Please remember that the method of shipping you choose will affect the date of delivery.
Certain larger items may take slightly longer for delivery. Items being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, as well as items shipped to international locations, will take longer to complete delivery. Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will normally be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.
If you realize there is a problem with your shipping address, please contact our office as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix it. If your order has already shipped, there may be nothing we can do to retrieve your package. When or if the package is returned to our office, we will refund the amount of the product minus a 10% restocking fee back to your credit card. The shipping is not refundable. Please reorder with the corrected address if you still wish to receive the product.
We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination address. Please note that some larger items may incur additional fees due to their size and weight.
Important: Please be aware that shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. In some cases, the volume weight of a package may be higher than its actual weight, resulting in a higher shipping rate. Volume weight is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of the package, and then dividing by a dimensional factor. The dimensional factor varies by carrier and shipping method and may be subject to change without notice.
If the volume weight of a package exceeds its actual weight, the shipping rate will be calculated based on the higher of the two weights. This may result in a higher shipping cost than you were originally quoted at checkout.
Please note that all shipping rates are subject to change without notice, and may be affected by factors such as carrier availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and although we do our best to ensure that our shipping rates are accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by all carriers.
We do offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by your country's customs office. These fees are not included in the shipping charges for your order and are your responsibility to pay. We recommend that you check with your country's customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.
For local customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person, we offer local pick up during our business hours of Monday through Friday, 9am EST to 4pm EST. Please select the "Pick-Up" option during checkout, and be sure to bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.
If you need to cancel your local pick-up order, please contact us as soon as possible. All local pick-up cancellations are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee to cover the costs associated with processing and preparation for local pick-up.
