Roman Glass Marquise Grafted-In Necklace - Small
Grafted-In Roman Glass necklace made from sterling silver in a marquise shape. A piece of Roman glass acts as the background for the grafted-in symbol which sits on top.
Romans 11:17-18 “If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches. If you do, consider this: you do not support the root, but the root supports you”..
The grafted-in symbol, presumed to be used by the early believers in the first century, is an expressive emblem of the connection between the Jewish and Christian faith. It is composed of two symbols: The Menorah and the Fish which intertwine at the center to create a Star of David. This seal communicates a strong message that God wants the Gentile believers and the Jewish people to be connected as one in which Christ is to be the center.
