This silver-plated car mezuzah is adorned with the Breastplate, representing the Twelve Tribes of Israel, the Star of David. At the top is the first letter of "God" in Hebrew ("El Shaddai"). It contains a non-kosher parchment with the Traveler's Prayer in Hebrew (Psalms xci), asking for guidance, protection, and peace during journeys, while also seeking safety from all forms of harm.

The Breastplate or Hoshen was worn by the High Priest in the times of the Holy Temple. It had 12 stones symbolizing the Twelve Tribes of Israel.
