12 Handle Ceramic Bowl - Replica

Miniature replica of a multi-handled jug.  This uniquely designed jug, characteristic of the Israelite period, was discovered in Shiloh in the warehouses on the western side of an archeological dig.  It was found among several jugs from the time of the Tabernacle.  Archeologists conjecture that this rare find, a large number of jugs in the same area, indicates that these were Tabernacle storerooms, where the offerings were brought when people made pilgrimages in the Tabernacle for the festivals.
