Enjoy the taste of an everything bagel during Passover with this delicious recipe!
What You Need:
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Lightly Salted or No Salt Matzah
- Egg Yolk (1 per matzah)
- Cream Cheese
- Black Pepper
How to Make It:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put a layer of parchment paper or foil down on your baking sheet and place desired amount of matzah on top. Beat your egg well and use a pastry brush to lightly coat the matzah, then sprinkle a generous amount of everything bagel seasoning on matzah. Bake for 4 minutes, or until egg has dried and matzah is golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for several minutes. Add your favorite flavor cream cheese, more bagel seasoning, and freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
Note: Use the leftover egg whites for a healthy contribution to your breakfast or snack!
