Blue Aluminum Havdalah Set
Just as the Shabbat is ushered in with a ceremony, so too, do we bid goodbye to the Shabbat in a short service called Havdalah (to separate or divide). This service separates Shabbat from the rest of the ordinary weekdays.
The Havdalah set is used on Saturday night to bid the Sabbath farewell. The set consists of a tray, Kiddush cup, spice box, and candlestick which are decorated in a beautiful blue floral design that catches the eye. The tray has a painted border with a blue outline which leads into the floral motif and then to the focal center. The center boasts a wreath of the seven species which envelop a Star of David and the Hebrew words "Hamavdil Ben Kodesh Lechol" from the Havdalah prayer which means "to separate the holiness from the everyday". The Kiddush cup, candlestick, and spice box contain the same blue floral motif which ties the look together.
This Havdalah set can be used as a decorative piece as well as during the wonderful Havdalah ceremony.
