Beyond the Psalms Vol. 3
Beyond the Psalms Vol. 3
SKU: PB115.3
Man from a historical perspective has always been intrigued with a search for euphoria. Men have been preoccupied with the intoxication of "going up" to higher levels of physical, emotional, and spiritual experiences since the beginning. Mountain climbing, flight into space, and history record the "Tower of Babel" as man's attempt to reach G-d by his own strength. There is an inherent need for man to find significance in the search for higher "peak experiences", by attempting to find the gateway that leads to the "ascent to heaven." Man has a great need to attach himself to G-d. Man's search for meaning, for significance, and standing at the very gates of heaven to search for G-d's presence is the foundation of most faiths. This 3rd volume of redemption called "Let's Go Up" is an exegesis of the Songs of Ascent written by King David.
