This honey is natural, fresh & unheated from beehives in the Holy Land of Israel. The beehives are located in the land of the tribe of Benjamin, where the stories of Jonathan and David took place.  "Then Jonathan said, . . . This honey has never been heated, therefore although it is liquid when it enters the jar, in a short amount of time it solidifies at room temperature.  The results produce a superior, energy-packed honey with the highest possible levels of live enzymes, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
