Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is delicious in bruschetta with toasted bread, a rubbing of raw garlic, and a sprinkle of salt. Try it over bitter lettuce (radicchio, arugula, chicory) and tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, or by itself on gazpacho.
