The top cap opens to the compartment for a parchment and has a rubber seal to protect contents against moisture.  The aluminum material is sturdy and makes is perfect for indoor or outdoor use. 

Handcrafted in Israel, it comes with a strong adhesive strip on the back for easy mounting.
